What is Telemental Health

Telehealth means the delivery of health care services through the use of interactive audio and video technology, permitting real-time communication between the patient at the originating site and the provider, for the purpose of diagnosis, consultation, individual, couples, or group treatment. I use the Zoom Telemental Health platform. Zoom is HIPAA compliant and does not add any additional cost. I simply send you a link to the online session via your email or text.
