I would like to share Professor Lorimer Mosely's short animation about persistent pain. Persistent pain is complex and can be untangled and reduced. The goal is to put the pain in your life's background and let go of the obsession of fixing the pain. We think about and interpret our thought about pain, and the meaning we assign to pain is powerful. Becoming aware of how we pay attention to the pain matters. The attention can be conscious or unconscious. Be curious as you watch and willing to explore the possibilities.
